Notice of a Special Member Meeting on September 23, 2025

Thank you for being a valued Member of Mt. Rainier Federal Credit Union. A Meeting of the Members has been called and will be held on September 23, 2025 at 5:30 PM at:

Firefighter's Union Hall
427 N Meridian
Puyallup, WA, 98371

The purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote upon a Board Resolution to convert our Charter from a Federal Credit Union Charter to a Washington State Credit Union Charter.

The Board of Directors and the Officers of our Credit Union have given careful consideration to the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed conversion. We believe it to be in the best interests of the Members because it would allow the Credit Union to expand its Field of Membership to the entire state of Washington.

All Members will receive the Notice and a Ballot in the mail. Members can also choose to download, print and sign the Ballot from our website.

Members can bring their completed ballot to the Credit Union by 5 PM on September 23, 2025, or they can bring the completed ballot to the Meeting at 5:30 PM.
